A-1 Homes is seeking sales team members that are "10 Percenters." 10 Percenters

A-1 Homes offers a base salary plus generous commission and bonus. Typical
first year sales team members earn between $40,000 and $70,000 their first 12 months.

and disability insurance for successful sales team members.
An A-1 Homes sales team member helps prospective home buyers match housing
needs, desires and budget with new or used manufactured homes. The sales team member
assists the home buyer finance their home purchase by serving as an intermediary
with selected home only and land/home lenders. The sales team member assists the
home buyer locate lease or purchase home sites for their home by working with lease
community personnel, real estate brokers, land brokers and developers.
The successful A-1 Homes sales team member possesses superior interpersonal
skills and the ability to effectively communicate by telephone and in person with
people from all walks of life. Good math skills are important. Candidates demonstrating
bilingual fluency in English and Spanish will be given special consideration.
A-1 Homes does not require industry specific experience, but some sales experience
is preferred. A-1 Homes provides personalized "on-the-job" training that has proven
to be highly effective within the manufactured housing industry.
A-1 Homes selects high caliber individuals to participate in the Manager/Partnership
Development Program. Once selected as a sales team member, each person is given
the training and opportunity to excel. Team members exhibiting success in sales
are provided the opportunity to experience higher levels of responsibility at the
local level until certain financial and experiential competencies are attained.
Once the team member attains the required competencies, management and/or partnership
opportunities will be made available as circumstances dictate.
